Three months ago I got my #VO2Max tested and started my awesome running workouts with Phase IV. I'm so thankful for Bob Forster and the entire team for putting me on the best conditioning program. Monitoring my heart rate/training and having valuable feedback has helped tremendously with the peaking process.
