Getting married again for my 10th Anniversary (same guy ?) and @Reem_Acra is designing my dress. Love her! Brought her lunch as a thank you.
Acra lunch:
Lentil and Kale Salad: Tuscan Kale from the garden, carrots, celery, onion garlic, lemon, olive oil dressing.
Tabbouleh: parsley, mint, cucumbers, tomatoes, garlic, scallions, lots of lemon, EVOO.
Hummus: soak the beans overnight in baking soda- it breaks down the shells of legumes.
Freekah with Green Beans Salad with Toasted Walnuts & tahini dressing.
Smokey Charred Eggplant Tomato Dip
Olives
Hot Pickled Vegetables
