In this photo, the #ContinentalDivide towers over Glacier Basin and today's #RockyMountain National Park Centennial Rededication. Water falling on the east side of this massive wall of mountains finds its way to the Atlantic Ocean. Water falling on the west side flows into the Pacific. You can marvel at views of the Continental Divide from almost anywhere in the park, and you can even hike the Divide on a few of @RockyNPS's hundreds of miles of trails.

100 years ago, a group of forward-thinking people decided to protect this and many other important features as a national park. Today, we say thank you!
