I took this photo of a small herd of Indian elephants near a water hole in Corbett National Park, India. Elephants are globally under pressure due to the ongoing poaching for ivory. Important factors behind the decline of elephants are the demand for ivory and changes in land-use. More than 100 000 elephants have been killed in Africa the last 3 years!
