I make fun of the whole thing because, let’s be honest here, we just plug instruments into amplifiers and make a lot of noise and hopefully entertain people. I live unbelievably better than anybody can imagine. You can be as ugly as I am and still get laid more than the best-looking guy. ‘Cause I’m in Kiss. So if any one of us has the balls to moan, just pie us. I’m fucking sick and tired of one band after another, all of them white boys, moaning and moaning. The black rappers, they’re not moaning. They’re going, 'I wanna to kill you, I wanna to rob you.' They’re not saying, 'Life is miserable and I wanna stay poor.' They say, 'I want jewelry, I want gold and I wanna be powerful.' What do the white boys say? 'Well, my mom and dad are rich, but that’s not important.' Are you on fucking crack? I’ve had it. I’d rather get up onstage and rock.
