I will try to remain as calm as possible but my #SummerOfSketching Giveaway prizes arrived in the mail today and after geeking, screaming, crying and experiencing heart palpitations, I managed to put together a little video of the prizes as a small way to express a humongous heartfelt THANK YOU to @efdot and to @cwpencilenterprise and @baronfig for not only the best prizes on the planet (seriously... if you have been tracking with me for awhile, you know that these prizes are like Christmas on steroids for me) but for also lifting my spirit from a season of massive changes and transition into a new season of HOPE and the beauty of dreaming again. Growing pains and pruning, as grueling as they feel, are part of the life process, but then the blooms and fruit are so lush and plentiful later. This was a really lovely reminder for me to see the spring that is yet to come. And I love that this package arrived on the first day of a new month in a new season. I'm all about the details and little things that speak so loudly to me. So here's to the Optimist in each of us: hold onto to hope and to the beauty of your dreams and go after it with a holy audacity until your feet are on fire lighting the trail for others along the way too. ?????
