Initially we used Instagram for our existing customers to give them access to the backstage of the brand but we evolve quickly to an institutional media to express the brand universe and to get new customers. ________________________________________Q: How has Instagram helped you more than other social networks, to connect with your consumers? A: Instagram has a very good penetration in France for people in the fashion business (journalists, designers…). That’s a good way to reach and interact with our direct customers but that’s also an opportunity to get linked with professionals.
