The #GiantGroundsels is a towering plant native to the higher altitude zones of the ten mountain groups in equatorial East Africa. I photographed this beauty under the starry sky near the #BranncoCamp while hiking #Kilimanjaro with @lilliana_libecki @mikelibecki this past June. It was a surreal experience through 5 distinct Eco-systems while you journey to the summit. It's without a doubt the most diverse mountain I've ever climbed, highly recommended!
