TWA terminal at New York City's John F. Kennedy International Airport was open to the public Sunday, one last time before being renovated to become a hotel. Open House New York sponsored the event at the Eero Saarinen-designed midcentury modernist landmark, which first opened in 1962 and closed in 2001. MCR Development plans to make a museum and hotel at the National Register of Historic Places site, which is slated to open in 2018. See more photos at the link in our bio.
