Here's my Korean Bulgogi Marinade - My favorite cut of meat is rib eye steak. This particular dish I used top sirloin, but any type of protein works well for this recipe. - Korean regional cuisine is one of my favorite foods. I've enjoyed it alone and with groups of people. Korean Bulgogi is one of the greatest dishes you can prepare that's enjoyed by just about anyone its served to on any occasion. - This marinade is for 2 pounds of protein. - Marinade recipe: ?2 RIPE - PEARS, PUREED ?2 Tbsp. - #flavorgod Garlic ?1 tbsp - #flavorgod pink Salt&Pepper ?1/2 CUP - COCONUT AMINOS ?3 - GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED ?1 TABLESPOON - GINGER, MINCED ?1 WHOLE - ONION 1/8 INCH THIN SLICES ?2 THINLY - SLICED SCALLIONS ?2 TABLESPOONS - APPLE CIDER VINEGAR ? 1 tbsp - sesame oil - Directions: ❤️1. Add everything but the protein  to a one-gallon zip-lock bag and ensure it all mixes well. Next Add protein to the bag and seal it. Place bag in refrigerator and marinate minimum 1 hour or overnight. ❤️2. After some time remove bag from fridge and allow it to return to room temperature. If you are cooking the protein on a stovetop, remove protein  from the bag and shake off excess marinade. Sear protein in a sauté pan on medium high heat for 2-4 minutes each side until desired doneness is achieved. ❤️If you are grilling, remove protein from the bag and shake off excess marinade. Grill on high heat for up to 4 minutes on each side until desired doneness is achieved. *(Discard any marinade exposed to raw meat because it is not reusable.
