Chef Dominique and the Tokyo team tested and tasted at least 20 or so possible recipes for the newest Cronut® flavor, and the winner for the month of November is: Black Mission ‪#Fig with Sake Lees Ganache (sake lees tastes lightly of #sake, with a touch of tartness similar to a fromage blanc), a perfect balance of sweet, tart, and floral ;D
