DOMINIQUE ANSEL TOKYO では、本場の味を体験いただけます！;D
具材のローストポークは、ライム、オレンジジュース、ミント、コリアンダー、ガーリック、オレガノに一晩マリネし、2時間かけてロースト♪　モヒートを彷彿させるような柑橘類の爽やかな風味とジューシーな肉汁のローストポーク、さらにスモーキーなハムを加えプレス。中からはとろりと溶けたグリュイエールチーズがたっぷり。マスタード＆ピクルスの酸味が加わることで、最後の一口まで飽きのこない味わいに仕上がっています:D
大きな口で豪快にほおばれば、まるで”ラテン”気分を味わえる大満足の一品です♪ "Cuban sandwich" is a loaf of Cuban bread, cut in half, buttered on both sides, and stuffed with dill pickles, roast pork, ham, and Swiss cheese.
The pork adds the Cuban touch as it is slow roasted with plenty of a delicious marinade included citrus, mint and garlic.
What makes the Cuban sandwich great is that they are pressed between the two hot plates of the plancha. Enjoy the sandwich that is hot, crispy, and oozing delicious melted cheese! ;D
