Authentic taste of Kyushu, #Mizutaki is a hotpot chicken dish, specialty of Hakata.
At Torikin, the stock is made daily. Chicken boiled for over 6 hours with no additives at all.
Enjoyed the pure goodness of the chicken meat sweetness, and pleasantly surprised by the light refined taste compared to other collagen enhanced hotpots.
Definitely recommend their homemade Ponzu sauce or fiery Yuzu Pepper to go with the tender chicken meat and meatballs.
