Met Tiang Voon Cheng at last night's Teck Ghee Active Ageing Dinner, doing her best Liang Po Po impression. The theme last night was Kampong Yesteryear, and she took the Best Dressed prize wearing her mother’s samfu. :) Voon Cheng teaches at Pathlight School, and volunteers as a Teck Ghee Wellness Ambassador. Many active agers live in Ang Mo Kio, and I'm happy the Teck Ghee Active Ageing Committee (AAC) has been organising meaningful activities for them.
Also glad to see a new age kampong spirit, with young and old coming together. Last night's dinner was co-organised by the AAC, and students from @nanyangpoly and ITE College Central. Let's continue to look after each other, and keep Singapore a home for all ages! - LHL (MCI Photo by LH Goh)
