@kal_fitlife sent me this image a few hours ago and gave me a little motivational pep talk. I just want to say a big thank you to the amazing girls who have taken the time out of their day to sent me a kind message today. I am always so caught up in helping others, I always put on a brave face and I guess that why no one ever stops and asks me "do YOU need help Kayla, are YOU okay, are you tired? How are you feeling?". This picture just made my day because it makes remember who I am and where I came from and shows that people are actually thinking of me.
