Okay okay okay... so I was sick and it thru me off my workout/eating health kick, mostly working out as I wasn't feeling great. BUT, I'm finally back at it and going strong! I've been eating super clean & finally feeling great and not sluggish and killing my workouts. Today was legs/cardio and it was intense. ??I also took before pics ? but I'm not gonna post those right now. ? Anyone still with me or working for progress?
