Expectations of me from my coach were set "i want you to have a new start before the AO" "you will not bar crash at the AO" and i delivered. I have worked on an early arm bend, which isn't for everyone, but we found a bend-straight-rebend in my pull so we opted to work on the early bend to be more efficient and it works for me.
