Women make up half the world’s population, yet account for only 24% of all people heard, read or talked about in the media. Fact is economies, local businesses, households and families are all stronger when women succeed, and even though it's 2015 we still have a long way to go to gender equality! Day 2 of the #SevenDaysToMakeAChange challenge is about empowering women - bringing attention to the key issues women face and acknowledging the women in our lives that have helped us become who we are. Who is your most important female role model? Who inspires you?
