Korea has a rich culinary heritage. :) This bamboo crab was served with a spicy dipping sauce, and conveniently dissected for easier eating!

Besides seafood, there is a wide variety of intriguing street foods in Korea. I didn't get the chance to try them all. Maybe next time!
