#ShoutOut and congrats to my good friend, @khalilrafati, for his recently released autobiography, #IForgotToDie. Going from being the guy on the left (10+ years ago addicted to heroine and cocaine) and becoming the guy on the right (and the owner of @sunlifeorganics) is simply a miracle and proof that life can start over at any time. He's still an addict only now he's addicted to detoxing, health foods, #IcePlunges and far infrared saunas! Let this be the year you get your shit together and become the person you dreamt of as a kid without all the excuses as to why you can't be or never were! We've all lost too many friends to drugs and alcohol (emptiness and insecurity). Nothing inspires me more than people figuring it out for themselves and helping others. And thanks for being a sounding board for me to work thru my own issues, Khalil. #InspireOthers
