#PracticePracticePractice Day 3. People called me a wet noodle, a water balloon, and told me I was wobbly all the time when I first started. And my teachers told me to work on steadiness, stability and strength. So I do strength drills, handstands and core work every day and it's a key foundation of my daily discipline. It's a practice before my sadhana because u prefer to keep the Ashtanga method pure and focused on the inner experience. Did you watch my strength drills on Periscope today?
