A Han Dynasty Tomb Tower, dating from 25 B.C.E – 220 C.E., recently arrived in the #bkmconservation lab for treatment prior to the re-opening of the #bkmasianart galleries. After visual examination showed evidence of previous restoration, conservators studied the tower with UV florescence and X-ray to learn more about its surface and structure.
