Dear people of Perth ... if you love Africa and want a night out with the smell of wild sage in your nostrils, or at least the memory of it, this will be a beauty. I'll be hosting the evening at the Willowpond Reception Centre in Canning Vale. You'll hear from the one and only Tony Park about his brilliant new book "An Empty Coast" and also from two of the world's truly great conservation scientists. Matt Becker from the Zambian Carnivore Programme and Rachel McRobb who heads up the South Luangwa Conservation Society. Their stories alone from the frontline in Zambia are worth the price of admission. But there is a lot more.
