Seated face pulls and OHP. ❤️
I keep the weight fairly light with the rope pulls, to ensure I'm keeping form and NOT yanking at the rope to squeeze a rep in. I prefer using mindfulness instead.??
As for OHP, my baby-feet incremental progress is promising???
