Monday motivation! ??✔️ It's the first day of Feb in Aus and I am starting FIT FEB ?

For this whole month I am focusing solely on nutrition. I will still be training daily, however my posts this month are going to be covering as much as I can about FOOD. We all love food ?
This is not about a diet plan or a quick fix diet off the internet - it's about taking a step back and trying to figure out how does YOUR body work in relation to what you eat. And WHY are you not seeing results that you want?

Here's a few things il be talking about and hopefully you guys can give me your thoughts and questions too! So we can work on this together ?? .

- Carbs? Should I be eating them and how much?
- Bloating - why, when, how to stop it?
- Fats? Omega 3's
- Acidic foods and the effects on your results - Alkaline importance - Sugars - when you should be having them and what types?
- Fiber - how does this help?
- Dropping body fat without losing built muscle

If you have any confusion about the above I am going to help you understand it - while il be learning more in the process of this month too! ?
