Once you start working out you will realise that there is a big difference between working out to achieve a single goal and working out to improve your lifestyle. Years ago when I first started going to the gym I had in my head .. I want my thighs smaller, I want my waist thinner. Vigorously training to try and see results in two areas that I really didn't know how to improve and hoping spot targeting would work. Not seeing results was frustrating and demotivating!

There is SO much to learn when it comes to nutrition and programming your training correctly and it takes time. RESULTS take time and you will start to notice that you need to include so many specific elements to your training to see the results you actually want, throughout your WHOLE body. You will start to read your body a lot more and take notice of the way it reacts and responds to different foods, and exercises.
