The @_goinghome takeover is still going strong but I'm going to take this ship and steer us in a new direction right quick. Let's talk education. Let's talk opportunities to gain knowledge, find a family and the confidence to grow your business or expand your talent. I am a seriously strong and avid believer of continuing our education through hands on experiences and classes offered around the country, so my next couple posts are intended to highlight some of my favorite workshops and retreats that thrive off your eagerness to learn. What a beautiful thing!

I've found a lasting friendship and mentorship in the educational and creative team of @jacobbondhessler and @alissaroo, and this image was taken in New Mexico during one of their life-altering landscape classes at the @santafeworkshops. I originally met Jake and Alissa while taking their class in Maine at the @mainemedia workshops, and I instantly fell in love with them, their honesty and affinity for adventure. I happily suggest either of these incredible workshops as a safe place to explore your creativity and remind yourself why you fell in love with photography to begin with. And if you need an attentive and kind set of instructors who will offer you 100% of their time and knowledge, take a class from Jake and Alissa. We all need a helping hand... find strength in knowing you're not alone. There's people out the who have no greater ambition than to help you succeed.
