Does this count as irony, or is it just annoying? On the way back from the @surfrider_california Statewide Conference, at which we discussed the #plasticbagban and the danger of it being repealed, a plastic bag got stuck on my surf rack while we cruised down the 101. As a state, we've already voted in favor of the law, but plastic companies are trying to get the referendum reversed.
