First night back in my home. Had such an amazing week at the Shanti Som retreat in Marbella. After 5 days on raw food, juice and plenty of training I'm Feeling relaxed, fit, healthy and energised! Those who know me know I'm all about balance when it comes to my food, so tonight I'm having a cup of tea and a slice of cake. I'll be back on it tomorrow and I have an early morning gym session planned. But tonight it's all about the cake... After all, life's too short to not eat cake ? #balance #health #happiness
