On his 46th birthday, Gianni Infantino made his first visit as FIFA President to a Member Association. His debut destination was South Sudan, FIFA's newest Member Association. After meeting the Head of State, President Salva Kiir Mayardit, he inaugurated the new South Sudan FA headquarters with the President of country’s FA Chabour Goc. The inauguration was particularly poignant as the building was constructed thanks to the FIFA Goal Programme.
