Today at the Ambassador Summit we had four breakouts sessions delving into various aspects of integrated living. We explored ways to find balance and tools to use when off or misaligned. We practiced getting really clear on what we want to manifest in our lives and discussed what hindrances often get in the way. We cultivated appreciation for all of life's blessings, paying particular attention to appreciating ourselves.

We declared our deepest intentions to the universe and held space for each other to explore emotions, thoughts, fears and challenges.
