Throwback Thurday! One of my first ever cleans about 3 years ago. I started lifting at a Golds Gym before joining a #CrossFit affiliate a few months after this. This is 95# i think, on a men's bar, and as you can see i was terrified of the weights in general. I was about 5 years removed from my gymnastics career and looking for a new purpose in life while i was lost. As I continue my journey following my passion of Olympic Weightlifting i wanted to say a thank you to all of you supporting me and looking up to me- i am just a girl who fell in love with a sport that i found joy in- you can do anything you want with hard work.
