Bail-falls are usually scarier than the unexpected ones ? The brain has too much time to think about the consequences. This fresh project had potentially-rotten rock and I hadn't tried the top... So I bailed!! Much to @michaelakiersch's amusement ? Turn up the volume for evil laughter ?? While it's important to push yourself, it's also important to know your limitations. Part of my highball mentality is about erasing doubt; if the doubt overwhelms my confidence then I back off. I've learned when to pick my battles.
I didn't finish this line, but huge props to @ben_climber for finding this cool area in #Maine! I will return someday ? @organicclimbing pads got me like ☁️☁️ and spotters like ??
