One year ago today, I took down the paper from these windows and we opened @dominiqueanselkitchen on a small stretch of 7th Avenue South. It was something new for all of us, a different kind of bakery with a menu of made-to-order desserts. One year has flown by and I'm so thankful and grateful for everyone we've gotten to meet here in our little West Village shop, for visiting us and welcoming us to the neighborhood with open arms. And I'm incredibly proud of this team who works so hard day in and day out to make our dream into a reality. Here's to many more years! #DominiqueAnselKitchen
