Photo by @Spono. Spent the day out in #Schull, #WestCork with one of the coolest people I've met, @fingalferguson. After taking over his family's old farm, he has brought a renewed energy and spark to the venture. From a full dairy, to cheese making, to sausage making and smoking, to even making his own chef knives, I'm not quite sure what he doesn't do! We wandered the beautiful grounds of the farm all day, but I kept being drawn back to the amazing light in his knife workshop. The old bulbs, tools strewn about from years of fiddling around, and of course sparks. His wait list for a knife is about two years at the moment, so take a number! You can definitely see that this is a passion and not actual work, an amazing way of life out at #Gubbeen.
