Cucumber & Rose Gin and Tonic
2 oz Hendrick's Gin
1/2 oz St Germain
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 dash angostura bitters
1/4 teaspoon rose water
1/2 simple syrup (optional but not necessary)
Tonic water
Place ingredients (minus tonic water) in shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into glass and top with tonic. Garnish with 2 slices cucumber. For added depth sprinkle a pinch of cardamon.
