I'm here! Really; I'm here. Logging off now. I haven't even started the process yet but I'm so very present with my heart and everything that's moving. Because so much is.
Time to make time for me. I'm spending the week in meditation, spiritual therapy and silence. I thought I'd be nervous to go in but I'm not. I'm calm. Breathing. All is well. This is where I'm meant to be! I'm actually excited to turn my phone off. No computer, no phone, no internet. No emails. No communication with the outside world for a week. It's terrifying and liberating all at the same time.
I set up my altar first thing. Rose quartz, so much of it. For my heart. Andreas mala beads. Palo santo. Everything sacred. We are sacred! Can you believe I haven't been away from Instagram for more than a day in four years? Four years! So... I'll see you all next Wednesday. Let's see what this becomes. Hold space for me and send me love and maybe, get inspired and disconnect to connect you too❤️ If you want to stay in tune with the community while I'm gone @oneoeight.tv @109world @sgtpeppersfriends and @island.yoga teams will all still be here, working away and manifesting magic in the online world.
