"The thing that stands between you and the greater good is a thing of thought and nothing else. It is not reality that you must change but your mental #reaction to it." This becomes an even more interesting quote for me at the moment because I'm up at the #HeartMathInstitute in Boulder Creek #California, where cutting edge science is proving that the heart has neurons and works as the conductor to every organ in the body, including the brain. All those organs entrain to the rhythm of the heart. Where once it was believed that the heart was just a pump, we now know that it carries information, #memories even and influences more outcome than anything...including the brain. That's not to say I don't believe this quote, I do, to the core of my being. But I now understand that the importance of your mental reaction is in how it effects your heart, in other words, how it makes you feel.
