Aygerym Orynbaeva, 22, prepares the table for dinner at her families farmhouse nestled among the Shomanay Mountains 20 kilometers by dirt road from Shetpe, Kazakhstan.

Had the pleasure of spending a night at this welcoming home of carpet draped walls last week during my final day working on part VI of the @outofedenwalk with @ナショナルジオグラフィック. Treated as family, that evening with such kind camel and goat farmers became one of the most visual days of the assignment, especially Aygerym milking camels as the full moon rose -- yes, you'll have to wait till the magazine story come out in early 2017 to see the main photographs from this beautiful evening amongst the steppes of Kazakhstan.
