? Bottom- process 1C cashews, 2T melted coconut oil, 1T agave and a few drops of vanilla extract. Scrape into a bowl and stir through 1T of coconut flour. Press into a small, square container, lined with baking paper.
? Middle- in the same processor combine 15 medjool dates, 2T coconut oil and 1/3C cacao and peanut spread. Once a smooth paste forms, spread over base and place in freezer.
? Top layer - melt 3T cacao butter and 2T coconut oil, allow to cool slightly. Whisk in 1/3C coconut cream and 1 - 2 sachets of @Your Tea matcha. Pour over the other layers & allow to set in the freezer.
Slice and serve ?
