Thinly slice beetroot... Drizzle in olive oil, pinch of salt, garlic & herbs. Roast in oven at 180 for 15 mins, turn over and cook for a further 5 mins. Leave to stand for 20 mins and you have beetroot crisps! DE.LIC.IOUS ??? My pic is pre cooking... They will shrink a lot and also crisp up in the oven. You can do the same with sweet potatoes too ?? Perfect snack for me!
