【材料】12cm丸型
スポンジ（1cm厚）2枚
★冷凍バナナ 100g
★冷凍フランボワーズ 50g
★練乳 50g
★プレーンヨーグルト 100g
★生クリーム 100g
フォレストフルーツ 150g
・
【作り方】
1)スポンジを直径12cmと10cmにカットする。
2)★を全てフードプロセッサーに入れて滑らかになるまで攪拌する。
3)敷紙を敷いた型に1/3量を流し、フルーツを50g入れる。
4)アイス生地を少し流しスポンジを乗せる。
5)更にアイス生地を流し、フルーツを50g乗せ、アイス生地を流す。
6)スポンジを乗せ、冷凍庫で4時間以上冷やし固める。
逆さまに出し、残りのフルーツを飾ったら完成。 ・
