187kg Total today at the @crossfitgarage Freedom Open today! Hit an 85kg/187# Snatch PR & a 102/224# Clean & Jerk PR going 5/6. Very proud of myself. I felt composed & confident on every lift and took a big step in the right direction today, mainly excited to see that smile again. Fun meet, legs fatigued from all the squats this week but still pulled out some good stuff. 1st place sinclair! ?
