France is in mourning after a truck plowed into a large crowd watching #BastilleDay fireworks last night in Nice. At least 84 people were killed, and 50 of the 202 people who were injured are “between life and death,” said French President @フランソワ・オランド, who called the events a terrorist attack. News organizations have identified the man believed to have committed the attack as Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel, 31, a delivery-truck driver from Tunisia who moved to France around 2005. @kostyukov took this photo today near the scene of last night’s attack in #Nice.
