Placing more emphasis on the distal or proximal end of the muscle as well as varying smaller recruited muscles. The reverse curl, unlike other curls, hits the brachialis. The brachialis is very appealing when we are on stage, or just in general for grip strength. It makes the mountain of bicep shot smoothly transition into the boulders known as forearms. Add this move in 1-3 times a week at least every other program.
