To help him socialize, keeper Jordana Todd taught him some husbandry behaviors that help animal care staff care for him, such as landing on her arm, presenting different areas of his body, and entering a crate on cue. She’s become an expert in oriole biology and ecology, and she shares the importance of migratory bird conservation with visitors.
