I photographed this Atlantic spotted dolphin two days ago a few miles off the coast of the island where I live, Ilhabela, on the southeast coast of Brazil. It was during one of the expeditions to sight marine fauna undertaken by Julio Cardoso ( @zexjulio ) , captain of motor yacht Ballerina. He makes this important work for 12 years and the informations and pictures he collects in the open sea have been really helpful for the conservation strategies in the region. I will post more pictures from Ballerina expeditions soon.
