This morning I took my quiet space outside to keep company with the plants and flowers. I need to do this more - it revitalizes and refreshes the senses with so much loveliness. I couldn't think of a better pen to match the beauty of my surroundings than the Montegrappa Limited Edition Rosso Veneziano with its exquisite gold vermeil trim (available exclusively at @chatterleyluxuries with only twenty made worldwide). I love the way the red celluloid really comes to life against the hearty dark brown leather of the @galen_leather A6 Cover which has become one of my favorite #edc items. Today's Hobonichi entry was inspired by reflections as well as the musings of Dodinsky. One of the most freeing lessons I continually come back to and evolve with is that the kindest gift I can bestow to the world and those I love is to love my own self wonderfully, audaciously and wholly because when I do, the best and fullest part of me is what is brought out. So here's to more of that. And to keeping my focus on what brings joy and life and love. Because the distractions contrary to those three elements don't ever produce anything that leads back to those very things. And life is too short for anything less than. So here's to a magnificent day ahead and wishing that each of you moments that make your heart come to life today. Saluti! •
