Found this super cute Hello kitty mini cake mould online. Tried them out over the weekend.
Wish the heat was more even but I loved how fast I could whip them up.

キティちゃんのミニケーキができました。
簡単だし、美味しかったです。
Ingredients (lazy recipe) hahah
150g hotcake mix
2 egg (yolks and whites separated)
10g sugar for meringue
140g natural yogurt with sugar
80ml milk
Vanilla essence
1Tbsp melted butter + more for greasing
METHOD
Grease pan with thin layer of melted butter
In a bowl, add in the yolks, milk, yogurt and vanilla essence. Whisk and mix well.
Add in hotcake mix. Whisk and mix well.
Make meringue with egg whites and sugar
Fold meringue into batter
Pour batter into baking mould until 50% full
Bake at 180C for 15-17mins
