I was recently asked to describe a frontier I've conquered and @psicocomp immediately came to mind. @conqueringfrontiers

Three years ago I panicked at the top of the 55ft wall. Yesterday at #PsicoBloc2016 seeding, I climbed to the top again. This time I repeated a mantra that helped me visualize my feelings: "Dance with the fear." Instead of trying to control or ignore my fear, I realized I wanted to flow with it. I wanted to allow the fear to propel me upwards - and on the way down as well. After jumping off the wall twice, I feel more confident.
